What happens to each action

Each action comes with its email drafted.

Checked, then sent

For a store, the email goes to the buyer, distributor rep, or broker responsible for it, and your rep checks it and sends it. A DC reorder email is written for that DC, and can also be approved and sent straight out.

Questions about the daily action list

What is the daily action list?

It is the list your sales team works from each day. Next to unsold accounts, distribution gaps, and DC reorders, it holds actions such as voids, phantom stock, and stores selling below last year. Every flag carries a dollar value, and accounts are ranked by what is at stake.

How does it reach each rep?

Each rep gets a morning brief in their inbox on a schedule, with the day's calls, non-buys, and short shipments and the ask already written. DC reorders can also get a dashboard and a scheduled email of their own.

How is a void different from a distribution gap?

A distribution gap is a core SKU a store does not carry, while a void is a SKU on the store's plan that has never sold.
