Where does the report's data come from?
From the sources you connect. Corvera signs in to each retailer and distributor portal with the access you give it, and emailed reports reach it through a forwarding rule. The Corvera team checks each source with you at setup.Do we have to match store and product names every week?
No. Each name is matched once: Corvera proposes the match, your team approves it, and it is kept for every report after. How is this different from the morning brief reps get?
The morning brief lands in each rep's inbox on a schedule: their own calls, non-buys and short shipments, with the ask already written. The weekly report summarizes the team's sales dashboard on the schedule you choose. Both read the same mapped data. What does the scheduled report include?
It follows the dashboard your team builds, rather than a fixed template. The email can show headline figures, period comparisons, changes since the previous scheduled email, supporting breakdowns and an action list when the dashboard defines one. It links to the full dashboard and uses the same metrics and definitions. What it covers depends on your available data and the dashboard you set up.Can we choose the schedule and recipients?
Yes. Choose the days of the week, local time and time zone, and select colleagues in your workspace. Monday is one option. You can edit, pause, resume or remove the schedule. Will the report always contain new data?
Refreshable dashboards rerun their saved queries before the scheduled email. A source that has not published new data can still return the same figures, and a fixed reporting period stays fixed until you change it. Refresh and delivery take time, so the selected schedule is not an exact inbox arrival guarantee.Do we need a data team to set it up?
No. The Corvera team connects your sources and builds your product and store records with you at setup. After that, your team asks for the report in plain English.
